Whilst we like to mindfully indulge in food and wine (we are in Italy after all!), we also want to nourish your mind, body and soul through daily mindfulness, meditation and creative, healing experiences.

Situated in the Eastern part of Italy, Le Marche offers all the natural beauty and rich cultural heritage of Tuscany, but without the crowds. It has its own unique personality and an authentic way of life, where the seasons lead the daily rhythms of the people and you can set your pace. Mindful Movement, Yoga and Sound Healing

Our daily mindful movement and yoga practices are based around kind awareness and self exploration.

By immersing ourselves in a daily wellness rhythm, we can take the time to refocus on what is most important to you.


We’ve chosen the Oliveto Estate as our home for the week – a luxury hilltop estate with stunning and expansive views of the stunning Adriatic coast. We will share a villa with a private pool where spa treatments and holistic therapies are available on tap through their onsite wellness concierge team.

Villa Olivo has six beautifully designed, elegantly furnished double bedrooms, each with a unique look and feel, yet all offering unparalleled 5* comfort. The spacious bedrooms each feature panoramic views of the countryside and beyond. Four enjoy stunning sea views of the Adriatic coast and two have vistas of the charming 13th century town of Civitanova Alta.

To further enhance your relaxing experience at Villa Olivo each bedroom has either a private balcony or spacious terrace, perfect for morning coffee al-fresco. The bedrooms at Villa Olivo are bathed in natural light and decorated in gentle hues that give a tranquil, calming atmosphere. Furnished to the very highest standards, rooms feature natural wood floors, king-size beds with leather or fabric headboards, bespoke artisan lighting, Italian embroidered textiles and Egyptian cotton linens.


We’ll be spoiled with mostly organic farm to table food – cooked with lots of Italian love by our very own private chef. Meals include daily Mediterranean brunch and dinner.

We’ll socialise and connect with each other over meal times to celebrate each new day of the retreat. All dietary limitations or concerns will be accommodated for.
