Our retreats enable you to slow down and reset with with a group of like minded people and perhaps explore a part of the world that you’ve never been to before. Whilst we like to mindfully indulge in food and wine (we are in Italy after all!), we also want to nourish your mind, body and soul through daily mindfulness, meditation and creative, healing experiences (it's called balance). Whether you're experienced with mindfulness and/or exploration or just dabbling, this retreat is for those looking to disconnect from the day-to-day to find more joy and inner-peace.

Situated in the Eastern part of Italy, Le Marche offers all the natural beauty and rich cultural heritage of Tuscany, but without the crowds. It has its own unique personality and an authentic way of life, where the seasons lead the daily rhythms of the people and you can set your pace. Le Marche ticks all the boxes for those seeking an authentic and sustainable Italian wellness escape.

On retreat, there will also be an opportunity to participate in 2 Impact Workshops. These workshops will focus on mindfulness and mindful living. You'll leave the retreat with applicable mindful tools but most importantly you'll leave feeling inspire, revitalize, and ready to move forward once you return home.

We’ve chosen the Olivo Estate as our home for the week – a luxury hilltop estate with stunning and expansive views of the Adriatic coast. We will share a villa with a private pool where spa treatments and holistic therapies are available on tap through their onsite wellness concierge team.

Guests can choose between an Ocean View Room (4 rooms available) or a Garden Suite (2 rooms available).

Each room has its own bathroom. Appointed with luxury linens and comfortable beds this villa ensure a restful stay. We want you to feel as relaxed as possible with any amenity you need at your tips.

Guests are encouraged to keep their phones in their rooms and on silent while in the villa so as to provide a peaceful environment.

We’ll be spoiled with mostly organic farm to table food – cooked with lots of Italian love by our very own private chef. Meals include daily Mediterranean brunch and dinner.

A time for real nourishment. We’ll slow down and mindfully enjoy our bites and socialize and connect with each other over meal times. A way to celebrate each day of the retreat, a moment to set intentions in the morning and a recap our experiences in the evening. All dietary limitations or concerns will be accommodated for.
